The Cooling + Brightening Eye Balm lives in my makeup bag. It’s awesome for the summer (it really does feel cooling), but I use it year-round because I really notice a difference no matter the time of year. I apply it under my eyes before sunscreen/concealer, and it doesn’t disrupt my other makeup and gives a subtle glow that’s not sparkly/glittery. It’s very lightweight and my sensitive skin doesn’t have any problems with this formula, so I recommend it! I second Madison’s eye balm — it is hands-down my favorite beauty product!!
