Who said you were only allowed one resolution? This New Year bucket list is the perfect place to organize all the goals you have for 2022. There were some silver linings and some life lessons I’ll be taking away from 2021, but I’m always looking forward to the new year — who’s with me! 🙋‍♀️

Let’s get excited about the opportunity for a fresh start!

I’ll be using this time not just to think about the things we’ve missed out on over the year, but also how we can do better and use our valuable time with more intention!

Starting a brand new year is always a nice time to reset and reflect on the past year’s accomplishments and set some new goals for the upcoming year. Plus, the act of writing down your goals is a visual exercise that’s proven to be strongly correlated with success!

Here’s a fun printable I’ve designed to get you and your family thinking about the future by writing down hopes and wishes for the new year! 🎉 My Hip sidekick Kaitlyn has already filled hers out this year and shared her pictures with me! 🙌

Hip tips for using your printable New Year’s Bucket List:

  • Simply print and fill in your bucket list for the new year. You could complete this list individually or work together to create a family bucket list!
  • Consider displaying your bucket list in a frame or hanging it in a spot where you can see it throughout the year. Placing a copy in your planner or journal would be a great idea as well!

This is such a fun New Year’s writing activity to print and fill out with the kids!

It’s cute to see what they are thinking about for the new year, and a great opportunity to focus on topics like what to read, cook, and ways to volunteer in the coming year.

Personally, I’m not a huge fan of lofty new year’s resolutions, but writing down positive short and long-term goals is something I’ve always found to be helpful—and this is a fun way to do that!
