Build the ultimate Easter snackle box with candy and an inexpensive tackle box!
Hop on over and let’s create a fun Easter treat!
My Valentine’s Day snackle boxes have been a hit with you all, and some of you have even sent in photos of your own cute boxes! THANK YOU, as I love when you share your projects!
So today I thought it would be fun to make a cute Easter or spring version. I love this easy project so much as it takes just a few minutes to assemble a personalized box that makes for a thoughtful gift!
I ordered cute tags from Walmart.com (they are out of stock now, but there are more options here), but you could use cardstock or even leftover Christmas gift tags if you had solid pink or green. I also picked up a plastic tackle box for this project, along with colorful Easter candy. We are all big fans of Nerds Gummy Clusters here at Hip 😅so I had to include those.
What Easter candy did I use to create my tackle box?
Easter Snackle Box
Supplies Needed
Directions
1
Fill each compartment with the desired candy.
2
Tape on a label to the front of the container. Use a marker to add a name or greeting.
Extra tips for making this fun Easter snack box:
- Feel free to create a larger box perhaps with some savory snacks or crackers instead of candy! I was thinking Annie’s bunny crackers and graham crackers could be super cute for Easter.
- If you are concerned about a container being food-safe, look for the number on the plastic container. The ones I bought have a number 5 on the back and are generally safe for food storage. According to Heathline.com, plastics 1, 4 & 5 are the safest for food storage.
- Or you might consider using only candy or food in a wrapper, if you’re concerned about the plastic.
What a cute and unique Easter snack gift idea!
This could even be fun to include in an Easter basket. I love that you can decide what snack or candy to put in those little compartments and it’s totally customizable. I gave this to my teens and they were super excited to receive one.
